Heavy Feet

“One foot in front of the other”, notice how some day’s our feet feel much heavier than others. You go to take a step forward and you think your shoes have lead in them. Take an emotional pause and ask why. Are you tired, getting sick, fearful, taken on too much? Find the source of the heavy shoes and take time to lighten the load, kick the shoes off, rest and remember life is a journey not a race! Listen to what your life is saying, tend to your needs and remember there will be days when we will skip, run, walk, crawl and maybe even sit in the middle of our path. The most important thing to remember is to JUST DO YOUR BEST….. whatever that look like today. Tomorrow will be a new day!
