Life & Family Coach

Merrill Frailey is a native Central Floridian and is the mother of five children ranging from 13-30 years of age and is now a grandmother for the first time. She is the founder of Merrill Frailey Life and Family Coaching. She received her life coaching accreditation from CTA, Coach Training Alliance, and ICF Accredited Institution. Serving in ministry for over 20 years, Merrill’s experiences are vast including: Teaching women’s bible studies, leading book studies and workshops for men and women. She speaks at conferences, retreats and corporate events, and facilitates the Sweetly Broken workshop which she wrote in 2007 and is a study in inner healing. She has held youth director positions and also managed the Family Life Center at First United Methodist Church of Winter Park, Florida. Merrill has traveled leading Mission Groups state side and abroad. She is part of a program that her church created to help orphans and vulnerable children in Naivasha Kenya called Pauna and traveled there the past three summers to serve. (www.Pauna.org)

Merrill leads coaching workshops and works with one on one coaching clients weekly. She has been a guest on Trinity Broadcasting Networks, Joy in Our Town as a community leader in Life Coaching and was featured as a regular on WLOQ 103.1 with “Merrill’s Life Coaching Moment”.  She was also recently interviewed on Channel 45′s program, The Good Life, speaking on Life Coaching and how to handle the difficult circumstances and times we face. Merrill was a part of “Girl Talk” on Channel 45. She continues to embrace opportunities in public speaking, mission trips, leading workshops, women’s retreats, corporate events and conferences.

After a successful career in real estate, Merrill decided to combine her gifts with her passion of teaching and encouraging others to find peace, balance, meaning and joy in their everyday lives. The classes and workshops combined with the life coaching have made a powerful impact on the lives of people. She uses her ability to love and by sharing from her heart through her personal experiences to encourage and motivate others through God’s grace and with positive energy.
