Fear Not~ it’s all about where your focus is!

My FB Friend Ron Holmes posted this today and I thought it was so good I had to share it……”U can tell the size of UR FAITH in God by looking at the size of UR worry list. The longer UR list, the smaller UR FAITH. Fear tolerated is FAITH contaminated! What are U worried about? Fear knocks, but it can’t STAY in the same house as Jesus! What U FOCUS on EXPANDS!”

I love this!!!! Today I was really wrestling with fear and did God just speak to me through a FB friend? Again, giggle. I am afraid, no pun on words,  to say that my worry list was long today and my faith was being a bit contaminated! You know that fear is mentioned 366 times in the bible, I think our loving father knew that it was a beast to deal with. But luckily I was reminded that Fear, even if it knocks, cannot stay in my house, head or my heart if my focus is on Jesus. Thank you Ron for reminding me of that today. Boy did I need it!
