Sometimes when we wake up we can think, “Again?? Same stuff, same routine, same struggles. Doesn’t this look a lot like yesterday?” We need to exercise our “In the Moment” muscle! Yes, it is like a muscle, flex it, stretch it and learn to use it. Get your mind out of the past and future rut and flex that In the Moment muscle that is NOW! Ask yourself, “What have you got for me today God? I am ready and pumped up! It’s a new day and this is your life!”
