This is a six week course on inner healing.
Life is messy and difficult at times and we have emotions that arise out of these moments. Some recent, others created in the past and we just can’t seem to let go of them. Feelings of pain, anger, fear, loneliness, anxiety, doubt, regret, unforgiveness or maybe just feeling unloved or unworthy.
How we handle the brokenness determines what our character is made of and the kind of life we will lead. Will we stay stuck in negative emotions or walk through the brokenness to a place of true healing. God meets us right where we are and his grace and love will heal the brokenness. Now that is sweet!
During this 6 week study we will look at and start to deal with these emotions that are standing in our way of leading a healthy, joyful and abundant life!

LOVING YOUR LIFE AGAIN
A six week Life Coaching Workshop

Starting Sept. 3
Thursdays at 12:00 noon

This past year has been tough and many have struggled with
finding balance and joy in their life. This workshop will use the coaching model to help examine what is going on right now in your life and discovering what obstacles or challenges might be standing in the way of leading a healthy balanced life. The workshop provides a support system and accountability through truthful dialogue and new perspectives, all designed to create big shifts in thinking and acting.
We will address priorities, body image, financial, emotional and spiritual health. Join us to put an action plan together to move you forward into the healthy balanced life you were meant to lead!
